1 ORDERING PRODUCTS
1.1 If you order products from our website we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order is an offer from you to us to purchase the goods. We accept that offer when we send you an email confirming that we have sent the goods to you.
1.2 If you order more than one product and we have not confirmed dispatch of all the products in your order status then those products not listed do not form part of our contract with you.
1.3 All orders placed by you are subject to these terms and conditions. You must be over 18 to place an order via our website.
1.4 We deliver products within mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Tools-Warehouse cannot take responsibility or cover these costs.

2.4 If the price of a product is lower than stated on our website we will send you the product and charge you the lower price.
2.5 We may make an additional charge for delivery costs and this will be shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment.
